For white belts, this is really good. Of course there are many things wrong, but most white belts now a days get to the next rank by paying tuition for 3 months. Basic stances, chambers, and end positions are extremely good for white belts. They were taught well.

There is no white belt test, the 1st kyu or rank test is yellow belt or green depending on school, some schools use a 10 belt system to maintain interest and momentum, otheres 5 with tips ... green, then green with tip, orange, orange with tip etc... Japanese traditional, 5 thsts it ranks take a long time, white, green, blue, brown, red , black some skip red, because red is the final ascent in traditional Japanese arts, Aikido Judo, Shotokan, etc...

The discipline and form of the 1st two students is exceptional. No heat, no pressure=no diamond. Instructor is to be commended.

Dang, these kids got rythem, speed, and power. Their form could use some work, but barely noticeable. It is so relieving to watch this after seeing so many videos of four year old black belts who can't kick withought tripping themselves. Good work guys, you are the reason taekwondo lives.

This is so amazing they are just white belt and their like black. I do karate and I'm a orange tag I've completed White belt. Red belt Yellow belt Now I'm a orange tag It goes white red yellow orange tag orange belt green tag green belt blue tag blue belt purple tag purple belt brown tag brown belt black tag black belt in my karate team I don't run it.

The number one difference is in North America most martial arts are viewed as fitness, self defence or confidence builders for children, martial arts in Asia has great cultural significance, being taught by specific masters and training at specific dojos carry’s a lot of weight and reputation that students must be able and prepared to uphold and back up. If your trained by the great “wong family” you better walk with a little bounce in your step.

The movement quality, snap/power and posture of these kids is really nice; especially for white belts! I wonder if there were other parts of the test not shown... it seemed like very few techniques. Surely they had them do breaking I would imagine.
